“Weskus man and vrou van Staal competition” – you will need to enter the 3km open water swimming and 10km kayaking on 8 December as well as the Fittest on the Beach competition on 7 December. Visit these pages for more information.

The “Fun Swim“ of approx. 500m will start on the main beach. The 1,5km swim will start on the main beach. The 3km swim will start at the same time, and follow the same course, but with two loops.

Waterborne traffic is to be controlled by the water safety team. All swimmers are also required to wear swim caps to enhance visibility in the water. Swimmers will line up at the Start line at the top of the beach and will run down to the waters edge.
